A Champion for Public Safety & Law Enforcement, Frank understands that safe communities are thriving communities. That’s why he has been a strong advocate for fully funding the police, giving officers the resources they need to protect residents, and cracking down on crime. Frank believes in ending the cycle of violence, holding criminals accountable, and restoring public trust in law enforcement. Frank has worked closely with local leaders to push for policies that put public safety first, ensuring that families in Paterson and across District 35 can live without fear.  

Lowering Taxes & Fighting for Affordability. High taxes and rising costs have placed a burden on residents and businesses in Paterson, Haledon, North Haledon, Prospect Park, Elmwood Park, and Totowa. Frank is committed to cutting wasteful government spending, lowering property taxes, and making New Jersey more affordable for working-class families. He believes in supporting small businesses by reducing excessive regulations and bringing in new economic opportunities that create jobs and generate revenue—without raising taxes.  

A Leader for Youth & Community Development, Frank's passion for helping the next generation was evident during his tenure as Chairman of the Paterson Municipal Youth Guidance Council (2011–2013). Known as the “Cat in the Hat”, Frank made it his mission to mentor young people, encourage positive decision-making, and create programs that kept kids engaged and off the streets. Frank believes that giving young people opportunities is key to reducing crime and building a brighter future for Paterson. Building a Better Standard of Living for Everyone  Frank has always fought to improve the quality of life for residents in District 35. 

Frank believes in cleaner streets, better infrastructure, affordable housing, and a government that works for the people—not against them. His vision is simple: make Paterson and District 35 a place where families want to live, businesses want to grow, and people can thrive.  

A Fighter for the People  Frank's 2020 run for Second Ward City Council proved that he is not afraid to take on the status quo and fight for what’s right. After a controversial, all-mail election raised serious concerns about voter fraud, Frank led the charge in demanding accountability, transparency, and election integrity.
